ALP CARPETSIn 1918, Granadian painter José Pérez Ortiz brought together various workshops dedicated to the handmade production of carpets in Granada’s most emblematic neighbourhood, Albaicín. Since then ALP carpets have incorporated designs by Eileen Gray, Juan Gris, Alessandro Mendini, Frank Lloyd Wright, Piet Mondrian, Kandinsky, and a long etcetera. These creations are present in prestigious public spaces, in the corporate buildings of companies and organizations, and in private residences.
